We worked with a wonderful catering manager, who helped coordinate our entire wedding, rehearsal, ceremony site and reception ballroom. Our ceremony was outside overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe. The trees...mountains...everything was magical. Our reception was inside a lake view ballroom a few feet away from the beach. The catering staff was very attentive. Dinner Service

Plated guests are seated and served a three or four course classic & elegant dinner. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Family Style each course served for passing & sharing, encouraging guests to socialize at the table while enjoying a second serving of their favorite dish.

Buffet a casual, fun way to offer your guests variety, from regionally inspired cuisine to customized selections.

Personal Preference allow your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant four course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, and dessert, while your guests choose their entrée tableside with their server the night of the celebration.

Enhancements

Little touches can enhance your wedding – from a Welcome Reception to Farewell Brunch, and everything in between. Our custom Welcome Bag "Happy Hour" on arrival day, an intimate Rehearsal Dinner the night before, and delicious Late-Night Snacks to keep the party going will all elevate the experience and provide a multi-day wedding celebration to remember.

Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Reception

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting by having your Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception in our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and every detail, allowing you to relax and focus on your upcoming special day.

Farewell Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the morning after your special day. Your Wedding Specialist will arrange for a private room with dedicated servers for you and your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Confirmation of Space & Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Guest Accommodations

Extend the celebration and keep your guests close to the main event in luxurious rooms, all at the same time! Magnificent lake views and deluxe amenities await. Special discounted rates for a contracted block of rooms can be arranged through your Wedding Specialist, and we are happy to offer blocks starting at a minimum of ten rooms per night.

Tasting

The hotel will extend an invitation for a select number of guests to one complimentary Group Tasting Event at the beginning of the year (January, February, March) or end of the year (October, November, December). This experience will allow you to taste a selection of our Plated Dinner Menu items, interact with our skilled Chefs and dedicted Event Services team and visualize your wedding day with the Hotel's decor offerings. This tasting is intended to help you finalize the menu for your special day.

Wedding Specialist

When reserving your wedding here at the resort, you will be working very closely with your own personal Wedding Specialist to guide you on your journey to the perfect day.

Parking

Overnight outdoor valet and self-parking is available throughout the wedding celebration. The valet parking fee is $36.00 per car, per night plus applicable taxes. Self-parking is $26.00 per car, per night plus applicable taxes.
